Services provided by D.C. Development when you purchase your new manufactured home from us:

1.We will meet with the future homeowner to have a clear understanding of their wants and needs for the particular home. i.e. Discuss price budget, floor plans, upgrades, colors and go over buyers’ inquiries and any concerns.

2.We assist you in selecting the appropriate home for the lot that the buyer has selected. i.e. Confirm the correct size of the home to fit on the lot, elevation, floor plan, garage (if and when the size of the lot permits one to be added).

3.We will make the arrangements for the removal of the existing home through a contractor that specializes in this (if there is a home to be removed).

4.Cleaning of the existing lot of debris, trees, shrubs, concrete and any other items that could interfere with the setting up of the new home selected.

5.We will submit all the required paperwork to the architectural committee of the Home Owners’ Association {HOA) for their approval.

6.Obtain all the permits required by the specific city and the state of California and confirm that all the inspections are approved.

7.Prior to step 5 and 6 we provide the client with a drawing of the plot plan for approval. After this it is then submitted for permits to the city and state.

8.We will also make arrangements for the buyer to meet with the manufacturer’s representative and go over specific alterations and upgrades that they request to be added to the basic home.

9.We coordinate all aspects of delivery and installation of the home and the accessories that have been agreed upon. i.e. Awnings, decks, skirting, garages.

10.Once the installation is complete and the inspection has been approved we will make the home ready for occupancy. We will have it cleaned, verify that all appliances and fixtures are in working order and the home meets your satisfaction.

11.A 15 month Home Warranty is then given to the homeowner which goes into effect the day that occupancy takes place. This warranty applies and includes the manufactured home in itself and the accessory structures.

Note: all appliances have their own product warranty which is a minimum of one year and 10 days.
